UWG offers free shipping for all orders within the Continental US. Please ensure that you provide a valid residential or commercial address.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) destinations, or freight forwarders.

If you need expedited shipping, please contact info@unitedwoods.group before or after your purchase. An extra shipping fee will be charged for fast shipping.

For freight safety and compliance, some products may be shipped in multiple boxes. Hence, you may receive multiple shipments.

Processing Time: 2 business days, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Shipping Time: 4 to 10 business days, Monday to Friday.
