We have taken great care in designing and constructing our products, ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our products are backed by industry-leading after-sales and return services, giving you peace of mind when making a purchase. However, there may be situations that require you to change or return a product, which we will handle accordingly as below
Manufacturer Defect
Please send detailed pictures of the defective parts to info@unitedwoods.group. Once we confirm the defect, we will send a new product or replacement parts free of charge.
Arrived Damaged or Missing Parts
It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival. Please take a photo of damaged parts or missing parts and send to email info@unitedwoods.group. We will offer a solution within 24 business hour free of charge.
Buyer’s Remorse
If you need to return or exchange your order, please notify us via email at info@unitedwoods.group within 30 days of receiving your order.
door.unitedwoods.group accepts an order cancellation before the product is shipped, you will get a full refund immediately.
If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and inspected the item(s) back from you. After it is approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days. Please note that shipping fees for both delivery and returns will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected(we do not accept the installed door.), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, we will process refunds within 14 business days.
Please note:
Customer designed custom projects cannot be returned. Installed products are not eligible for this return policy.
A returned product must be in a re-sellable condition to receive a full credit. We expect the same level of quality in returned products as we provide in our delivered products. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full credit. Please ensure to take a photo of the returned item intact before you deliver to the carrier.
Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
